This is a 100% pure silicone sealant and contains no fillers like our competition. A one-part, non-slumping RTV, this red silicone cures upon contact with moisture in the air. Mostly used for general purpose sealing, SILA-SEAL™ Red Ultra-High Temperature cures to a tough, rubbery solid, and provides long-term flexibility and durability. Ideal for heating and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, construction, and other general purpose applications where high heat can occur.

SILA-SEAL™ Ultra-High Temperature Silicone performs at temperatures from -85°F to 500°F under continuous operating conditions, and intermittent temperatures reaching 600°F. The high temperature properties make it well suited for sealing and encapsulating heating elements in appliances, aerospace gasketing, moving oven belts, industrial ovens, and bag filters on smoke stacks.
