All refunds and returns are allowed up to 30 days after purchase of product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, SILA-SEAL / Meyer Plastics has the right to deny any refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Contact Customer Service at 800-968-4131 to obtain the RA Number. The RA Number will need to be written legibly on the outside of the product package. Failure to do so could delay your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using UPS since your package can be easily tracked. The time it may take for your returned products to reach us will vary based on the shipping location.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If lost in transit, SILA-SEAL / Meyer Plastics will not be held responsible for any refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product Damaged During Delivery
If product is delivered with visible damage to the package that could indicate the product has been damaged, the customer has the right to refuse delivery. All deliveries will be made by UPS.
If once opened it has been determined the product has been damaged, contact Customer Service at 800-968-4131. You will most likely be required to provide photographs before a determination can be made on how we will handle the return and/or refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact Customer Service at 800-638-4131. Shipping costs associated with exchanges will be paid by SILA-SEAL / Meyer Plastics.
