Description
Weld-On 2354 is a water-thin, fast-drying clear plastics solvent cement. Weld-On 2354 softens and fuses two surfaces that are in direct contact with each, forms a solid bond, and rapidly cures. Most bonded items can be handled within a matter of several minutes. Relatively high strength is reached in 24 to 48 hours and increases for a number of weeks. Joined materials generally maintain their same physical properties, including their original rigidity or flexibility. Weld-On 2354 is supplied in pint metal cans.
Weld-On 2354 is exceptional at bonding like-to-like ABS, styrene (general purpose high impact), acrylics and polycarbonates to themselves. Do not use with dissimilar materials such as: ABS to styrene, ABS to acrylics, ABS to PVC or PVC to styrene.
Weld-On 2354 is ideal for small or large assemblies, delicate or bulky, when a water-thin cement is needed. Can be used in a variety of applications including:
